Cookies
Last updated 12 September 2026
One cookie, only when you are signed in. No banner, because there is nothing to agree to.
The one cookie
ts_session keeps you signed in. It is set when you use a sign-in link and lasts 90 days from the last time you used Trade Slip on that phone or computer. It holds a random code and nothing else, and it cannot be read by the page's scripts. It is strictly necessary to provide the account you asked for, so the law does not require consent for it.
Things kept only on your device
- Your theme. Pressing the Dark or Light button remembers your choice in your browser's storage. It is never sent to us.
- Quotes started on a trade template page. These are kept in your browser's storage so they are still there when you come back. They are only sent to us if you sign in and save them.
No cookie needed
- Customers reading and accepting a quote do not get a cookie and do not need one.
- Counting visits to our public pages is done by Sereno, which sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device.
- The sign-in form's bot check is Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs only on that page, for security.
Pages that are not ours
When a customer taps a tradesperson's payment link, they leave Trade Slip for that payment provider's page, which has its own cookies and its own policy.
